Meaghan Woodward is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Meaghan began college at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Meaghan then graduated summa cum laude from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Meaghan attended Wake Forest Law School on a full-tuition scholarship. While at Wake Law, Meaghan won Wake Law’s first-year moot court competition. Meaghan was also a member of Wake Law’s trial team, and was on the board of Wake Law’s Public Interest Law Organization. Meaghan was a member of Wake Law’s pro bono honor society, which recognizes law students who dedicate at least 75 hours to pro bono projects.

At Arnold & Smith, PLLC, Meaghan focuses her practice on criminal defense, including post-conviction relief and appeals.

In her free time, Meaghan enjoys reading, running, yoga, and watching horror movies.
