Rachelle Cline

Rachelle Cline grew up in the Adirondack region of upstate New York along the shores of Lake Champlain. Raised with a strong appreciation for hard work, community, and service to others, Rachelle carried those values throughout her education and professional career.

Rachelle attended Alfred State College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Following graduation, she began her professional career in banking, developing strong client-service, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Although she had long been interested in the legal profession, she initially pursued that interest by earning her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University in 2017 and working as a paralegal.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rachelle decided to pursue her long-standing goal of attending law school. She earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2024. While in law school, Rachelle was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She also participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic and interned with a public defender’s office, where she gained valuable hands-on experience advocating for clients and navigating complex legal matters. These experiences strengthened her commitment to helping others and continue to shape her approach to client advocacy.

Outside of the office, Rachelle enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their young son. She is also an avid animal lover, particularly when it comes to horses. Having shown Quarter Horses competitively for several years, she values the discipline, dedication, and perseverance that equestrian sports instill.
