Mr. Baeza joined Arnold & Smith, PLLC in August 2022, as a case manager to assist the attorneys within the personal injury department. Mr. Baeza relocated to the Lake Norman area from Annapolis, Maryland, where he worked as an administrative assistant and case manager for a Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury law firm. His hobbies include boating, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
