Pamela WilliamsAssociate Attorney
Pamela Williams grew up in Halifax County, North Carolina and graduated as valedictorian of her class from Southeast Halifax High School. She attended East Carolina University on scholarship and graduated with honors earning a B.S. in History Education.
After graduating from East Carolina Ms. Williams taught Civics & Economics for West Charlotte High School while continuing her studies to earn a post-baccalaureate diploma in paralegal technology. Ms. Williams worked as a paralegal at Arnold & Smith, PLLC for several years before attending law school at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. While in law school Ms. Williams was a member of the Dean’s List, the Domestic Violence Law Clinic, and the Moot Court Bar. As a member of the Moot Court Bar Ms. Williams ranked as a finalist in the 2019 Kate Bockman Memorial Competition, competed in internal and external competitions, and served as the Associate Justice for Intramural Competitions. During her law school career Ms. Williams also clerked for Arnold & Smith, PLLC and the Office of General Counsel for the South Carolina Department of Corrections where she gained valuable experience in family, criminal, administrative, and appellate matters.
Ms. Williams rejoined Arnold & Smith in 2021 as an associate attorney and focuses her practice on bankruptcy, debt negotiation, personal injury, and appellate matters.
In her spare time, Ms. Williams enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
