Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all websites, landing pages, and online services operated by Arnold & Smith, PLLC (the “Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all content and functionality made available through those sites (collectively, the “Site”).

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. Your use of the Site constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Firm.

Use of the Site, including submitting a contact form or sending a message, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the Firm. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a written engagement agreement signed by the Firm.

4) User Communications

You agree that:

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS/text messages:

  • Message frequency may vary
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP
  • You may request assistance by replying HELP

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of hiring the Firm.

The Firm does not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

6) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Firm’s Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

7) Intellectual Property

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.

16) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding use of the Site.
