Ms. Oliver joined Arnold & Smith, PLLC, in April, 2022, to serve as paralegal to Courtney Carter, a partner in the firm’s domestic practice. Ms. Oliver has been a family law paralegal since 2012. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Presbyterian College, and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma from the ABA-accredited paralegal program at Central Piedmont Community College. She has also completed the requirements of the North Carolina State Bar paralegal certification program, and holds the designation of “North Carolina Certified Paralegal” (NCCP). She works in our firm’s Ballantyne location.
Ms. Oliver has called Charlotte home since 1997. She and her husband have two grown children, who they enjoy traveling to see in Chicago and on the Jersey shore. They also frequently travel to see extended family in Michigan and Georgia. Favorite hobbies include hiking in the North Carolina mountains, trying new restaurants in Charlotte (especially for brunch!), and playing with her beloved black lab, Maisy.
