Corey Noland was born and raised in Union County and attended Hickory Grove Christian School. Mr. Noland continued his education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. At the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Mr. Noland was the President of the UNCC Mock Trial Team, a member of the Judicial Board Panel, and was on the Chancellor’s List for each semester. Mr. Noland also interned for three years in the Union County District Attorney’s Office working on both misdemeanor and felony criminal matters. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in three years with degrees in Political Science and History, Mr. Noland attended the University of North Carolina School of Law. During his time at the University of North Carolina School of Law, Mr. Noland won the Best Oral Advocate Award for the Kilpatrick Townsend 1L Mock Trial Tournament, was on the Dean’s List each semester, and served as a Notes Editor on the First Amendment Law Review . After graduating from UNC Law with Honors and passing the bar, Mr. Noland and his wife Olivia moved back to Union County.

Mr. Noland focuses his practice on family law cases: divorce, child custody, child support, post-separation support, alimony, equitable distribution, alienation of affection, criminal conversation, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements. Mr. Noland primarily handles cases in Union County, Mecklenburg County, Cabarrus County, Gaston County, and Iredell County. Mr. Noland is dedicated to guiding clients through the difficult process of domestic litigation.

While not working, Mr. Noland enjoys spending time with his wife, playing tennis, visiting family on the North Carolina coast, and traveling.
