The division and classification of legal practice areas is a misnomer—that is, in general the law is so vast, with so many types of actions, doctrines and procedures intertwined and related to other areas, that it is nearly impossible to classify practice areas under headings and subheadings—however we have endeavored to organize our most common practice areas into subheadings below. These matters are, by no means, an exclusive list of the matters we handle, and instead these are presented as a useful organizational tool to assist you in navigating our site.
If you have questions or need assistance with any matter—whether it is a type of matter discussed on our site or whether you feel it is unique to you and the set of circumstances in your case—the best thing you can do is contact one of the experienced attorneys today.

* When the gross monthly income of the parent paying work-related childcare costs falls below the level of income at which the paying parent would benefit from the tax credit for child care ($1,850 for one child, $2,500 for two children, $2,800 for three children, $3,100 for four children, $3,400 for five children or $3,700 for six children), 100% of child care costs are added to the basic child support obligation. When the income of the parent who pays work-related child care costs exceeds these stated income levels, only 75% of actual child care costs are added, as the paying parent is then entitled to the income tax credit for child care expenses.
