Alayna Farzalo

Ms. Farzalo was raised in Concord, North Carolina, where she graduated from Cabarrus-Kannapolis Early College High School and continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Legal Studies, earning her bachelor's in December 2025 at 20. Prior to joining Arnold & Smith, PLLC, in April 2026, she participated in North Carolina's Student Legislature UNC Charlotte delegation, where she wrote and debated student-written legislation within parliamentary procedure. Outside of work, Ms. Farzalo enjoys traveling, live sporting events, crocheting, and exploring her interest in psychology, history, and the legal system.
