Throughout his career, Mr. Lombardo has worked in an administrative and managerial capacity with several large and small firms in the Charlotte region. In July 2012, Mr. Lombardo joined the Arnold & Smith, PLLC team as their Office Manager and went on to become the Operations Manager. Since expanding his role, the firm has experienced significant growth in size, number of offices and area of operation.

As Operations Manager, he oversees a team involved in all processes of the day-to-day operations of running a mid-sized law firm. These include marketing, intake, IT, property management, general operations, project management and human resources.

When outside the office, Mr. Lombardo regularly volunteers for BSA scouts as a Cubmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster. An avid outdoorsman, you can often find him with his wife and three children in the mountains and beaches of North and South Carolina camping, hiking, fishing, hunting or tending the garden.
